How many guests can the villa accommodate?
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with king-size beds in both bedrooms.
Who is the villa not suitable for?
Due to the internal staircase and the swimming pool having no shallow end, the villa may not be suitable for wheelchair users, guests with limited mobility, or families with very young children or babies.
Is the pool private?
Yes, the pool is completely private.
What is the changeover day?
We are flexible with changeover days. The minimum stay is 7 nights, except for special offer bookings.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-out is by 10:00am and check-in is from 3:00pm. Please contact us in advance if you would like to request early check-in or late check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What are the bed sizes?
Downstairs Master Bedroom: Super King Size (180cm x 200cm)
Upstairs Bedroom: King Size (165cm x 200cm)
Do I need a visa?
British citizens travelling to Turkey for tourism or business do not require a visa for stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
Which airport should I fly into?
Dalaman Airport is the most convenient option for Kalkan, with an approximate transfer time of 110 minutes.
How do I get to the villa?
Most guests opt for a private airport transfer, which we can help arrange. If you choose to hire a car, we will provide detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
How do I access the villa?
The villa has a key safe located to the left of the front door. You will be provided with the access code prior to arrival.
What is included in the stay?
A welcome pack is provided on arrival, along with a weekly clean including fresh linen and towels. The pool and terrace are maintained daily by our local agent, who is also available to assist with any queries during your stay.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is included. The password can be found inside the villa.
Do we need to bring towels?
Bathroom and pool towels are provided. We kindly ask that pool towels are not taken outside the villa grounds.
Am I covered during my stay?
We do not accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur at the property. Guests must ensure they have appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their party.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend that all guests have both travel and health insurance. As Turkey is not part of the EU, reciprocal healthcare arrangements do not apply.
