Our Villa

Villa Kucuk is a charming 2-bedroom detached villa, ideally located in Kalkan’s sought-after Ortaalan district.

Kalkan town centre is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away, while a large supermarket can be reached in just 5–7 minutes on foot.

Accommodation Layout

Entrance Floor
The villa’s interior showcases natural stone walls, terracotta tiled floors, and attractive wooden furnishings, creating a warm and inviting holiday atmosphere. This level features an open-plan kitchen and a cosy living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table, and satellite TV, and is filled with natural light from large patio doors that open onto the private garden and terrace area.

Also on this floor is the first bedroom, a spacious double room with views of the pool. It is furnished with a double bed, wooden wardrobe, vanity table, and bedside tables. A separate bathroom with a walk-in shower is located to the rear of the living area and serves both this bedroom and as a guest bathroom.

Lower Ground Floor
The master en-suite bedroom is located on the lower ground floor. This bright and spacious room features a double bed and a generous seating area, with glass doors opening onto a small courtyard garden. The en-suite bathroom is well sized and includes a walk-in shower.

Outside the Villa

To the front of the living area is a sunny terrace with outdoor seating and an alfresco dining area, complete with a stone masonry BBQ—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. To the side of the villa is a private swimming pool with an adjoining sunbathing terrace and sun loungers for all four guests.

On the lower ground floor, there is also a small courtyard garden with mature planting and olive trees, providing a peaceful outdoor retreat.
